Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it's been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
